APeX training is required in order to prepare you for Go-Live on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
What to Expect
Training Registration
Your manager is responsible for signing you up - watch for a training registration confirmation email detailing your APeX training session information, including training session dates, times, and locations.
Training Dates
If you are a Super User, your training takes place July 7 - 18. Training for all others takes place July 28 - September 19.
Notes:
- If you are a Super User and did not complete training by July 18, don't worry - you can still complete training and your manager is registering you.
- Training for staff on current leave of absence will be held September 22 – October 3.
Training Types
Your APeX training depends on your role and may include eLearnings as well as classroom sessions.
Training Playground
Access to the Training Playground (TRNPLY), the dedicated APeX practice environment, is granted after you have completed your initial classroom training.
