Telephone Changes at St. Mary's

• For Emergency calls, please dial 911 or 9911.
• To call UCSF telephone numbers with the area code and prefix combinations 415-502, 415-476, 415-353, 415-885, 415-514, 628-247, & 628-248, dial the last five digits of the number (e.g., for 415-502-3155, dial 23155).
• To call any CommonSpirit Health-supported telephone number, dial 91 + all 10 digits (e.g., dial 91-415-668-1000).
  • Until further notice, CommonSpirit Health continues to support the rest of UCSF Health Saint Francis & St. Mary's hospital department phone systems.
• To call internationally, dial 9011 + country code + area code + phone number (e.g., dial 9011+91+11+33667777 (India).
• Overhead paging will no longer be available from these phones. 

• The rest of UCSF Saint Francis & St. Mary’s hospital phones have not yet migrated to the UCSF phone system. Dial 450 Stanyan, Level C phones as you would dial an outside call to a non-Saint Francis/St. Mary’s telephone number, using 10 digits.

• Saint Francis and St. Mary’s Clinics at 1199 Bush #400, 24 Willie Mays, 1 Shrader, and 2250 Hayes #302 were migrated to UCSF-supported phones in September 2024.
• For calls from all other UCSF Health departments to the above four clinic locations and St. Mary’s Hospital 450 Stanyan, Level C, there is no change – callers will continue to dial 91 + all 10 digits.
