Log in to Voalte now to begin acclimating to the new clinical communication application.

Voalte has replaced TigerConnect and Vocera

Step1

Access and sign into Voalte today

  • Download the Voalte application on your cell phone.
    • Use site code csfsfo (all lower case).
    • Use the same credentials as APeX to log in.
    • Important: To access Voalte, you must have UCSF Active Directory (AD) account access credentials (username and password).

  • Contact information available 24/7 via Voalte (role and phone number).
    • Search Clinical Communications Support in Voalte.
      • Saint Francis staff: If you have issues signing into Voalte, dial 628-324-0411 from any phone to request onsite support.
      • St. Mary's staff: If you have issues signing into Voalte, dial 628-324-0311 from any phone to request onsite support.

Onsite Support Coverage

  • Onsite, 24/7 support coverage is available Oct. 4-5
  • Daytime onsite coverage is available Oct. 6- 10.
