As a Community Provider/Physician with an active network.ucsfhealth.org email account, these business tools will assist you in your work.
UCSF Network Provider Email Account
As a Community Provider/Physician providing services at Saint Francis and/or St. Mary's, you have the option to activate and use a network.ucsfhealth.org email account in your work.
If you already have a network provider email account, you can log in here: Community Provider Email
If you don't have an active network.ucsfhealth.org email account and would like one, please email the SFSM Medical Staff Office at [email protected], with the subject line: "Request Affiliate Network Email," to request an account. (Network accounts that were issued in 2024 and were not activated at the time must also be requested with the process outlined above.)
You will receive an email with the subject line "Activate Your UCSF Network Email Account." This email will contain an activation link that will expire seven days after receiving the email. If the link has expired, please submit a support ticket to receive another account activation email with a new link.

Please call the UCSF IT Service Desk at 415-514-9000 for the following issues:
- If you also have a ucsf.edu email address that you can't currently access.
- If you need to register for and complete APeX training and don't have or can't remember your UCSF access credentials (also known as your Active Directory or AD account).
Microsoft 365
Community Providers with active network.ucsfhealth.org email accounts also have access to Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint via the web to assist you in your work.

Zoom Web Conferencing
Community Providers with active network.ucsfhealth.org email accounts also have access to UCSF's version of Zoom. Zoom is a simple, all-in-one solution that lets you voice or video conference meet across desktops, mobile devices and conference rooms. The UCSF Zoom instance is provided for free and approved for use with restricted data.

NOTE: When using UCSF-hosted and CommonSpirit-hosted web applications at the same time, it is recommended to use Microsoft Edge for those hosted by UCSF and Google Chrome for those hosted by CommonSpirit.
