Overview

As a Community Provider, these resources will assist you with the process for activating and accessing your UCSF email account.

Community Provider Email Account Activation

As a Community Provider, you have the option to activate and use a UCSF email account in your work.

NOTE: When using UCSF-hosted and CommonSpirit-hosted web applications at the same time, it is recommended to use Microsoft Edge for those hosted by UCSF and Google Chrome for those hosted by CommonSpirit.

Microsoft 365

Community Providers have access to Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint via the web to assist you in your work.

Zoom Web Conferencing

Zoom is a simple, all-in-one solution that lets you voice or video conference meet across desktops, mobile devices and conference rooms. The UCSF Zoom instance is provided for free and approved for use with restricted data.
