2024 IT Virtual Office Hours

UCSF IT is providing application training for many of the applications that you will use in your role at UCSF. There have been two IT Virtual Office Hours sessions that occurred on August 21, 2024, and September 11, 2024, that covered the following subject areas:

  • IT Training Session #1 (Outlook Web App, Secure Email, Zoom Web Conferencing)

IT Training Session #2 (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Mobile Applications)

NOTE: To use the mobile Microsoft applications, you will need to have Microsoft Intune installed on the device. If you use Microsoft Authenticator in addition to Intune, be sure to remember your login information as UCSF IT is not able to retrieve that information.

2024 IT Education Sessions

The UCSF IT Education Session provided context to new processes (e.g., Activating your UCSF account and setting up Duo for multi-factor authentication) related to starting at UCSF and where to locate information on the Intranet.
