Vocera will be decommissioned on Saturday, Oct. 4.
TigerConnect will be decommissioned on Sunday, Oct. 5.
As part of the Oct. 4, 2025, APeX Go-Live, UCSF Health Community Hospitals will transition to the APeX patient portals, UCSF MyChart and UCSF MyChart Bedside.
Review the APeX Application Reference Guide - a glossary of APeX terminology. This will help you navigate many of the new application terms associated with APeX.
Completion of training is required for APeX access on and after Oct. 4, 2025.
APeX Readiness Activities are supplemental opportunities offered post training to practice workflows in the APeX system.
