With a go-live expected on October 4, 2025, we'll be posting information on APeX to keep you up to date on important preparation milestones.
New Hardware Delivery, Beginning Monday, June 9
IT will be installing hardware in preparation for the Oct. 4 transition to APeX at Saint Francis and St. Mary’s as part of the IntegrateIT program.
You will see an increase in activity at both hospitals as technicians deliver and set up more than 1,200 new UCSF computers and replace monitors, keyboards, mice, and other equipment. Please do not move or disconnect any of the new devices. See the schedule and learn more.
UCSF IT support is available onsite from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday to address your UCSF IT questions.
