Transition to UCSF Zoom

UPDATE: CommonSpirit’s instance of Zoom will be deactivated for all users except those in Telehealth on Sept. 20, 2024.

UCSF IT support is available onsite from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday through 12/31/24, to address your IT questions.

Forward emails to your new UCSF Outlook Web email account

UPDATE: While your CommonSpirit Gmail account was to be deactivated on Sept. 1, 2024, due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, the deactivation date for CommonSpirit Gmail accounts along with Google Chat, Calendar, and Contacts, has been extended to Wednesday, Sept. 4. You must manually forward all emails you want to keep by end of day Tuesday, Sept. 3.
